Well at least for parts of the U.S. that is. The mere fact that some places saw multiple feet of snow before Halloween is insane. I mean the town of Peru, Massachusetts saw 32 inches of snow this week! Yeah, almost 3 feet of snow in October...um, no thanks.
I mean, I love snow and all but I definitely I prefer it in smaller amounts, like not so much that if I slipped and fell I would be swallowed by snow drifts, and closer to the actual holiday season.
So yeah, I know that today is Halloween, but since Mother Nature decided that she wanted winter to come early this year, I figured I really wouldn't argue. She is the boss after all.
So I'm putting this out there for all who would like to participate!
(You totally should, all the cool kids are doin' it)
That's right folks! A Christmas card swap for bloggers.
(Because who doesn't like receiving fun stuff in the mail?!?)
With only 54 days left until the big day itself, I would like to see who might be interested. Ideally, I would like for everyone to send and receive 2 cards. That sounds like a pretty good number to me.
So here is how it will work:
1) Sign up with your link below
The sign up will be open until Thursday, November 10
2) Grab the button and spread the word
Let's spread the Christmas cheer and see how many bloggers we can get to participate
3) I'll post your swap partners on Friday, November 11
I'll only post the link to the blog you sign up with and you and your partners can contact each other by email
4) Send out your cards by Wednesday, November 30
Plenty of time to get your cards and send them out before Christmas
5) Make new bloggy friends and enjoy your cards and the Christmas cheer!
I hope you all participate!
